We could not have had a better representative than Mark for our short sale. The whole experience should have been painful and drawn out, but Mark’s professionalism, experience, and honest sensitivity helped give us perspective and closure. Our short sale was not an easy one, and Mark impressed us:  there was no setback that felt insurmountable because we felt like we had a teammate/sherpa guiding us through a labyrinth of banks, paperwork, etc. He has our highest regard, and we’d recommend him to anyone!
