We worked with Mark to purchase a home in the Phoenix area, relying upon him for local market expertise. This was especially important to us since we reside in Chicago and were buying the home at a distance. We did a lot of research on our own regarding specific neighborhoods municipalities and properties, but Mark’s direction helped to “qualify” our findings and guided us far beyond what we would have been able to discern on our own. Mark made himself totally available to us when we traveled to Arizona in order to purchase our home, lining up an intense series of viewings each day of our visit in order to maximize the number of properties we saw that met our criteria, and to make most efficient use of our time while in Phoenix. When we did finally make a decision to submit an offer on this home, Mark directed the process expertly and negotiated well on our behalf.
