On my birthday (87) I received from the title company the total balloon payment due on the house.

Our trust and belief on the family came true and I was so happy for them all.

I don’t know the extent of your help in the final matter but thank you for supporting me too.

I read of your theatrical career shaping up, what fun! That male lead in “To Kill a Mockingbird”

reminds me of you.
