It has been a pleasurable experience working with all of you for the past 11 years. We appreciate all of your hard work in managing and selling our Fountain Hills property. We hated to sell it but I will be 80 this year and unfortunately, as we age we become less able to do the things we used to do. So to avoid some of the problems that could arise as we age we decided to sell off all of our rentals and the AZ one happened to be the first.
