As an owner of a rental property, the aspect of having to manage the property is one that is not taken lightly. I had the very good fortune to find out about Provident Partners. Patty Hatton came out to assess the property  and during the meeting, we agreed on what has become a great business partnership with excellent terms. From the monthly  statements detailing the current months activities to the support with calls that happen from time to time about issues that come up, this group has demonstrated the kind of teamwork that gets results and more importantly, happy tenants and owners. It is this level of professionalism that makes the difference. I have no hesitation recommending Provident Partners to anyone who wants to know if I know a good property management group.

As to the most recent experience, Kim Spettnagle, who is the realtor whom I have had the privilege to work with is one of those individuals who works diligently and tirelessly to find the next “great” tenant to get the property rented. She was able to find a tenant that  moved in just 16 days after the last great tenant moved out. I have to say that I have wonderful tenants which of course is greatly appreciated. Kim has done an outstanding job and continues to do so.

The bottom line is that they do an excellent job and I have nothing but glowing accolades for them but then I suppose you already figured out that I think they do a fabulous job!
