Four years ago, Provident Partners took over a large portfolio of single family homes under difficult circumstances, and managed a smooth transition. Throughout that period, Patty and her office handled every aspect of property management in a thoroughly professional manner. This included property inspections and recommendations for repairs and maintenance, presenting competitive bids from reliable vendors to carry out required work, leasing, and the preparation of monthly statements for each property which detailed every single expense and income item, including all back-up documentation. As I do not live in the area, it was comforting to know that everything was being handled on my behalf by Provident. In fact, I never needed to return to Phoenix after the hand-off to your office.

It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the Provident team over those years. Additionally, whenever I felt that I needed to speak with Patty, she was always readily available, and she never failed to suggest and implement solutions for the issues at hand. Finally, over the course of 2016 and early 2017, Provident’s office provided me with all the necessary support to carry out the sales of all my properties.
