I wanted to take a moment to let you know how amazing Kim is. I met her a little over 2 years ago while looking for a rental home. The whole process was easy and she made sure that everything was easy to understand and ready to go. After renting for almost 2 years, last November I was informed that the owners had decided to sell the house I had been living on for the past 2 years. I was devastated as I was not prepared to move. Kim told me that the owners wanted to give me first choice on buying. I had no money for a down payment and I knew my credit was not good enough but Kim referred me to right people that were able to help me out. To end this long story, after 3 months I am debt free and I am officially a home owner thanks to that wonderful lady.

Great job on hiring amazing & professional people such as Kim. I am forever grateful.
