We could not have had a better representative than Mark for our short sale. As first time home buyers my wife and I were excited, but also very nervous because this process was brand new to us. I found Alan online on Zillow and noticed that he had great reviews. I gave him a call just to ask a few questions. To my surprise and delight that first phone conversation lasted 35 minutes. Alan was very easy to talk to and was eager to answer all of my questions. As an owner of a rental property, the aspect of having to manage the property is one that is not taken lightly. I had the very good fortune to find out about Provident Partners. Patty Hatton came out to assess the property  and during the meeting, we agreed on what has become a great business partnership with excellent terms. From the monthly  statements detailing the current months activities to the support with calls that happen from time to time about issues that come up, this group has demonstrated the kind of teamwork that gets results and more importantly, happy tenants and owners. As to the most recent experience, Kim Spettnagle, who is the realtor whom I have had the privilege to work with is one of those individuals who works diligently and tirelessly to find the next “great” tenant to get the property rented. She was able to find a tenant that  moved in just 16 days after the last great tenant moved out. I have to say that I have wonderful tenants which of course is greatly appreciated. Kim has done an outstanding job and continues to do so.

The bottom line is that they do an excellent job and I have nothing but glowing accolades for them but then I suppose you already figured out that I think they do a fabulous job!

I want to give special thanks to Kim Spettnagel of Provident Partners, for her quick turnaround in renting my property.  It took seemingly just a few days turnaround time in renting my property once it was cleaned and on the market!  I’ve been relying on Provident Partners for years and can vouch for Kim’s professionalism and expertise in her field.  I would recommend anyone to utilize her for their rental property needs.

We worked with Mark to purchase a home in the Phoenix area, relying upon him for local market expertise. This was especially important to us since we reside in Chicago and were buying the home at a distance. We did a lot of research on our own regarding specific neighborhoods municipalities and properties, but Mark’s direction helped to “qualify” our findings and guided us far beyond what we would have been able to discern on our own. Mark made himself totally available to us when we traveled to Arizona in order to purchase our home, lining up an intense series of viewings each day of our visit in order to maximize the number of properties we saw that met our criteria, and to make most efficient use of our time while in Phoenix. When we did finally make a decision to submit an offer on this home, Mark directed the process expertly and negotiated well on our behalf.

Mark is in a whole different class from other realtors. Too bad we can’t clone him! He is everything a realtor/agent should be. You won’t have to worry about anything with him. I had used realtors before and none of them come close to the professionalism and expertise I received from Mark.
